I really like the paper dolls one. That one most represents the connection aspect of the site. I don't think it needs to be in a cube, though. With icons, simple is better.
The first two seem a little complicated. Can you find other ways to represent connecting, family, or ease-of-use? Determine what the benefit is that you want to convey and build the concept of the icon accordingly.
