Getting stuck in the mud can ruin a great day. To prevent wasting your weekend stuck in a dirt road follow these rules when playing in mud:

  • Look behind your truck before jumping in.
  • Be easy on the gas when starting the car.
  • If nothing works then sit back and relax, tell stories and wait for the weather to dry out.

Get a free $15 gas card and try to wash all the mud off.

Snow:

When wind burned skin is the mark of a true weekender. Don’t let the snow that makes for great powder keep you from hitting the slopes. To ensure you can shred as long as you want on the weekends follow these tips:

  • Carry your snow chains in the car.
  • Drive at a lower gear when on packed snow.
  • Don’t stress. The slopes will wait for you.

Gets some hot cocoa from the nearest Chevron and try to stay warm.

Rain:

Getting stuck in the rain while hiking can put a damper on your fun. So can getting stuck in really heavy rain while trying to get there. To prevent getting mad at Mother Nature follow these tips:

  • Slow down in heavy rain.
  • Turn on your headlights.
  • Know you car can handle the weather a lot easier than you can.

Enjoy 20% of a hot dinner as a reward for making it through the rain.
